Dear abstract authors, speakers, participants, partners and committee members,

We know you are currently inundated with emails, news reports and messages related to COVID-19. This is, no doubt, impacting you professionally and personally. I can assure you: We are in this together, navigating our next steps day by day, making decisions that are in the best interest of our members, our patients and our partners. This pandemic has impacted us in every aspect of our lives – professionally, personally, financially and mentally. We empathize with you as all of us go through this together.

Presently, we are examining planning of the 14th European Headache Federation Congress, working with vendors, contractors and our leadership to make the decision that best fits the needs of our members. We understand travel bans and company limitations on travel are impacting decisions related to your participation in this year’s conference. We are exploring all options, considering the latest news and information available to us, keeping the health, safety and well-being of our members, partners and staff top of mind.

The EHF will keep everyone updated on decisions and news related to all aspects of the EHF Congress. Communication is being distributed via email and social media regularly with members being the first to be notified of any noteworthy points.

Should you have questions at any time, please reach out to our team at ehf2020@conventus.com. Messages are checked and answered regularly.

On behalf of the EHF leadership, we send wishes of good health and safety to you and your family.

Sincerely,
on behalf of Professor Zaza Katsarava,
the project team of EHF 2020
